The PA Core Standards place a strong emphasis on application of knowledge and higher order thinking skills. This session will show you how you can use iPads to engage your students in deeper thinking through the use of productivity apps. We will model some apps used for digital storytelling, book creation, screencasting and photo editing and show you how you can use these tools to help your students meet the levels of thinking and engagement required by the PA Core. We’ll even show you how to do some “App Smashing” and create projects using two or more productivity tools!
